What this policy covers

This policy explains how Pen and Peace handles the information you share when you send an enquiry through this website. It is written in plain language; if anything is unclear, please ask.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message. A small amount of technical information (such as your browser type) may be stored alongside your enquiry to help prevent spam.

How we use it

Your enquiry is used solely to respond to you and to arrange any work you ask about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore). Access is restricted: the data cannot be read publicly from the website, and only the practice owner can view submitted enquiries. A notification email is sent to the owner so your message is seen promptly.

Confidentiality

This is a healing practice, and your enquiry is treated as confidential. Information you share is kept private and handled with care.

Your choices

You may ask at any time to see, correct, or delete the information held about you. To make a request, contact us using the details on the contact page.

Contact

Contact details for privacy questions will be published here, and are available on the contact page.
